For once not a question or an answer. Just Ellen saying it’s okay to be gay in response to the horrible killing of a teenage boy who asked his classmate out on a date.

i saw this in ellen’s page about 2 days ago. and it just makes me angry and sad. it brings down all hope that hate crime against our community will never end.
this kid did nothing wrong. he was just gay.
Sorry to hear that. But it seems that we are too weak to protect us.
Thank you Ellen for broadcasting this. It sometimes can be a scary world we live in. We all need to think positive. We can start by giving our communities positive outlooks on us as individuals, not titles. I wish the separation would end and that will all some day will be equal. We all need to still be careful of our actions. I’m sorry this has happened. Someday the world will see that we all just want to love and be loved. Until then be careful.
