Should I Come Out Or Wait?

I guess this is probably asked a lot. How to come out and tell your parents, family, and friends that you’re gay? I’ve thought of many ways that I could tell them but never have had the courage to. I’ve never dated because I’m not ready for my family and friends to find out. And when they ask why I’m not dating guys I just blow it off and tell them that I’m just too busy and that school is my priority. It’s really hard though because I’m only 19 and just graduated from high school and I’ll still be living in my parents’ house when I attend college this year. So what should I do?

You should tell your parents, family and friends when you’re ready to, if you’re afraid to do it, then now is not the time.
Does anyone know you’re gay?
Do you want to tell people that you are?
What’s exactly stopping you?
I suggest you open up conversations along the lines of homosexuality and see what your parents/friends/family thinks of it and their opinions are, on it like by saying “omg so&so like this girl, so&so, what do you think of that? I swear she liked me at one time.” or something to open it up. If they have good opinions on homos, then I suggest you tell them first, but you must absolutely trust them.
Don’t be afraid of the people around you, they’re not as cruel as you might think, but most importantly; don’t be afraid of yourself and who you are. Love who you are, because you’re gonna be that the rest of your life. Be proud=] Good Luck hun.
Loves, Ro
