Does She Like Me?
Hi there! I’m 16 and I am totally sure that I am bisexual, and have just come out to my best friend. I like girls more than guys, and so far she is the only one who knows. All my friends joke about the possibility of me being bi, but I usually just laugh it off and they move on. I go to an all girls school, and this year I started hanging out with a girl who was in a few of my classes. The problem is, I think I’ve totally fallen for her.
We are getting closer to each other; we hug each other hello and goodbye and talk on the phone quite a bit. Just recently she got a boyfriend, and I think she’s straight. Sometimes I think that when she holds my hand as we walk to class that it might be a sign, but then I think I might just be kidding myself. I was wondering, what are the normal signs that girls give when they like you but don’t know how to say it?
So that’s just my first problem; the second is that I’m not sure how to come out to everyone. I’m well aware of the extreme homophobia at my school – just the other week a gay friend of mine was pushed down the stairs and yelled at with insulting things. My friends used to ask me quite a bit if I was gay – I think I had that vibe or something. But I just kept saying no, because at that time I was still confused. Now I want to tell them, but I feel that it’s like going back on my word. Am I going crazy?
Is there a right time to tell people? I often think that I should wait for a relationship with another girl before I tell people, so I have proof – you see I have ‘gone out’ with a few guys previously but never kissed them, and I’ve never been out with a girl. But until then I am being swallowed up by wanting this girl – she’s all I think about! Please help, if don’t do something about her soon then I’ll go mad!

i was in your situation too and being in high school myself i know what your feeling.
i have learned some girls are just more relaxed around friends and if she has a boyfriend she is prolly straight and i wouldnt try to mess with that your more likely to get yourself hurt. girls also sometimes send signals that they are totally unaware of and don’t even mean too.
and believe me the first 3-4 months seem really slow and impossible to find ppl but you will be able to find girls if your honest and especially at an all girls school there are a lot more lesbians than you think:)
it will come and just focus on being friends with this girl you will be a lot happier.
I hope someone replies to this an help me out! My situation is kinda like the girl above but still a little different. Ok, its this girl that I see just about every Sunday and I think that she is a big influence why I go to church. Shame to say but it is the truth. At first I just thought she was pretty an nothing else to it, but that was like THREE YEARS AGO!! An now I think about her just about all day. I dont think she’s gay or bisexual or anything like that but she often gives me these looks. Sometimes it seems like she’s looking for me whenever we are at church. Seriously. She could be in the front of the church an I can be at the back an we some how find each other an lock eyes. This past Sunday was weird though, the preacher asked will anyone be at the evening service an she raised her hand an turned around to look at me like she was signaling that she wanted me to go as well. An i did go to church that evening! When I walked in we coincedently sat on the same row! When she saw me she smiled an I instantly felt blood rushing all over. Throughout the service I occasionally looked her way an whenever we locked eyes I huried an looked away because i dont want her thinking anything if she not feeling the way that I am. But she looks at me quite often an I never really had a real conversation with this girl other then saying hello. I dont think Im gay or bi or anything its just something about her that I adore. Her inner beauty as well as her outer beauty. Now can someone help me out please!! i have two bestfriends, one that is a gay guy an one is a straight girl an I get different opinions from both of them. The gay guy thinks that she just wants to have a conversation with me. An the other one thinks its just funny. I want a straight answer to what this is, I dont want to go to this girl an look like an ass. Me being 18 an her being 20 is already bad enough so I just need a little advice from someone who knows what there talking about!
the first thing you really must do is have a convo with the girl. after church or before church. chat it up with her. start off by saying hey my name is ….blah blah blah. and talk to her every chance you get. get to know her. get to be her friend before you start anything. kiinda give her hints and she might even tell u she likes u before u tell her ! trust me on this. u will know what to do after u start convos with her. gooooood luck ! -expert angel
