I knew your situation as I had gone through that myself while I was still in high school. The problem here is you can't tell whether she likes you or not. It seems like one day you feel that she likes you a lot but on the other day she just put a cold shoulder on you. Well, for me it's really hard to tell what she feels for you. I kinda had this feelings with some of my friends in high school also, but it turned out that they were just being curious about the whole girl on girl thing..... Telling her? Hmmm, my advice is that you be friends with her first before taking the big step into telling her how you feel. She may not be the right one for you. Believe me, sometimes you feel this way because you are just curious and second because she is the first one that acted that way towards you. Just act like normal. It's ok that you ask her out for a drink or a movie or so. Try to know more about her. If it just a crush the feeling will go away when you know her better. But if it's not going away and you feel more and more attach to her, then I think it's time to tell her what you feel, but only if you find her reacts the same way as you do.
