I Just Had My First Time And Have Some Questions…
Last night I had sex for the first time. It was with my girlfriend. I don’t regret it or anything but I do have some questions about what happened. First of all, for some reason it kind of hurt some of the time, but some of the time it felt good… Why is that? And is it possible that she broke my ‘cherry’? Also, I’m a little confused because it didn’t like… arouse me as much as I thought it would. Like, thinking about it and her teasing me sort of aroused me more than the actual thing. And I just had my period starting this morning, so does that have anything to do with it? By the way, I’m 16 and she’s 17 if that makes any difference.

Sex is one of those things that takes practice. Lucky us lesbians, there are many different ways to do it. You and your girlfriend need to experiment a little bit and find ways you totally enjoy. Feeling a little pain/being sore the next day is pretty normal for first timers. Try oral sex; it shouldn’t hurt at all and from the people I’ve dated, seems to be one of the favorites.
Starting your period shouldn’t have much to do with it though your sex drive probably varies depending on where you are in your cycle. That could have had something to do with your surprisingly lowerer arousal.
Lucky us women, we don’t reach our “sexual peak” until about 40 so don’t worry…it will only get better.
Yeah, just relax and enjoy teasing all you can.. you two take your time, don’t push situations and don’t ever go str8 to the point! Slow it dowwwn and get to luuuuuuuuv it.. lol

Honestly, if it was your first time you were probably just nervous. You will start to relax and let your body take control when you are more comfortable.

i’m the same age, my girlfriend and I just recently had that experience too, and the foreplay is better than actually having first time sex. It hurts for awhile and its confusing so it totally turns your off which cuts off the fluid flow, so just bare through it and it will get better. Just make sure youre both super duper aroused, and the whole “hard to get it in” thing completely goes away. .
Not to sound random–this post just made me think of it–but: A while back, my health teacher (freshman year) asked us to write questions on slips of paper for sex ed, and the majority of the questions turned out to be “How does lesbian sex work anyway?” Now, she said she would answer this question because it was popular, but she sat us down and gave us the whole “being gay is okay” talk, and said that lesbian sex was “perfectly normal.” And never actually answered the question so many people had asked. It just made me laugh to look around and see people looking slightly disappointed and then amused when they realized she wasn’t going to get up-close and personal with an actual SEX question, like how it really and truly works…anyone else have that experience?!?!

Oh and on a slightly off-topic note, a kinda funny thing happened the other day. My girlfriend was talking to her mom about my birthday, which is in a few days (cuz I’m actually 15, but almost 16 XD) and her mom was like, ‘Wait, she’s only 15? I hope you realize that if you two have sex, you could go to jail.’ and my girlfriend was like, ‘Mom!! Jeez.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m totally reporting you to the popo now.’ Haha. =P
And @ stage-babe406: Haha, that’s pretty funny. I can just imagine how disappointed people were about the question not being answered. I know that I, when I was younger, thought that lesbian sex wasn’t even possible lol. I thought that making out was the furthest that lesbians could go. Haha. XD
well for one thing im 17 and my off and on gf for jus shy of 2 years is 18 so i get how it is in your shoes and also this is a question that goes along with the whole thing with your gfs mom that even my friends brought up.so with hetro people statatory(sorry i cant spell) is if your like 18 sleeping with a minor but on technical terms is there a such thing as statatory rape for lesbians?
