My Best Friend and I are Complicated!
So, I have this best friend and things got complicated really fast. The moment she found out I was a lesbian things between us became different- more personal. She calls herself my girlfriend. She gets mad when I have actual girlfriends. We’ve slept together once, a drunken one night. She’s very touchy with me. We hold hands, she kisses me on the cheek a lot. She’s kissed me on the lips a few times as well. She playfully grabs my ass a lot, as well as my breasts.
However, we got into a fight right before she went to college, and now things are different between us. We held hands for the first time in months today, in the theater as we watched a movie.
I know I am attracted to her, and I do have feelings for her. But did she before the fight, and does she still? Others say she does. Please Help

I had a similar situation. I had a best friend when i was 16 and ended up dating her. We brok up for mutual. But now that im 20 we got in touch and our frienship rekindled but also the romantic. I just want to be friends to avoid drama but when like someone u can’t help it. In your case I am pretty sure she like u before the fight maybe she didn’t want to admit or didn’t know how to tell you. And u said you like and care about her you should talk it. Maybe that will work your situation out for the best. The thing is you were best friends and no matter what i think you can talk about it because you all have that bond. Good luck!
This kinda reminds me of my relationship with my girlfriend (now my wife) when we were in our late teens. We were dating a couple years and took a little break when she decided to pursue a relationship with a guy. After a month or so, we got back together and have been ever since.
You need to really have a heart to heart with your girlfriend to see where you are in the relationship. Maybe she really does want to have a real relationship with you or maybe she doesn’t. Perhaps she’s just having some fun with you at the moment, but you need to figure it out and the best way to do that is to just talk privately with her and throw things out into the open. My thinking is, if she gets mad when you’re actually dating another girl, that she really does have feelings for you, and since you’ve already slept with her once, even if you two were drunk, odds are, she wants to be with you, but a good talk with her will open things up to see where you two stand.
